Terms and conditions
Confidentiality. It is the clients right to limit the usage of the photograph taken during the session only to the copyright terms. However, a considerable discount can be offered to the client if STUDIODIX20 request the permission to use them for promoting its website and social media.

Deposit and Payment. The Client shall pay a deposit of $50.00 minimum to STUDIODIX20 to perform the services. The client shall pay the deposit upon booking a session. This deposit is payable via cash, email money transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The balance of the session fee is due right before the photoshoot.
Cancellation. If Client shall cancel less than 48 hours before the session the deposit will be lost and not be transferable to another session.A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation. If more than 48 hours, the deposit can be transferred to a new booking. No refunds are issued. Deposit must be used within 6 months of cancelling or postponing your session. A new appointment and contract must be made.
Photographic Materials. All photographic materials, including but not limited to digital files, proofs and prints, shall be the exclusive intellectual property of STUDIODIX20.
Copyright and Reproductions. STUDIODIX20 shall own the copyright of all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. STUDIODIX20 shall only make reproductions for the Client or for the Photographer’s portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the studio. If STUDIODIX20 desires to make other uses, they shall not do so without first obtaining the written permission of the Client.
Client’s Usage. The Client is obtaining digital files for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or digital files or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than STUDIODIX20.
Failure to Perform. If STUDIODIX20 cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness, then STUDIODIX20 shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or computer malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, STUDIODIX20 shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.
This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any waiver of a breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of either the same provision or any other provision of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec.
